How did you fall in love with fitness? I was that kid getting all his friends together to play sports, gym and martial arts. I loved fitness since I was a kid and that passion still runs deep in my veins.
Why do you do what you do as a Boot Camp Instructor? I want to change lives and leave this worl knowing I made a mammoth impact on friends, family and those wanting to thrive in the hopes others will help others and allow the love and kindness to spread rainbows world wide.
Whats your favourite kind of exercise? Push ups.
What would be some encouraging words you’d tell someone who wants to start their own fitness journey but is a little worried? Start with your WHY and allow your why to be big enough to push you past your fears. Most of us start here however make that decision to be the best you because the support you get and the buddy’s you make far outweights the fear you feel. Don’t be the person saying I should have done it sooner!
