Whats your favourite cheat food & why? Don’t have one because I’ve learned to make delicious food alternatives to replace certain foods I was addicted to. Like sugar-free ambrosia.
How did you fall in love with fitness? I have always Loved sports and was very good at it and I love to feel fit be fit and look fit too.
Why do you do what you do as a Boot Camp Instructor? I listen to what my people want and need and I help them through exercise, nutrition and show them that I care and believe in them.
Whats your favourite kind of exercise? Personally, I love moving weights. I enjoy interval training, intense but short. Also functional training. I love a variety and being challenged in each training session.
What would be some encouraging words you’d tell someone who wants to start their own fitness journey but is a little worried? If I can do it, you can do it. Love your people and have fun with purpose.
Why do you believe Boot It is the best bootcamp in the World? Because we have the best people. From our Directors to my fellow affiliates and boot It members. I have made some great friends within the Boot It community.
