Q. How fit do I need to be?
A. Boot It is an All Fitness Level (AFL) training provider. We are experts at bringing people from all walks of life together to get fit.
Q. Do you guarantee results?
A. Absolutely. We guarantee that if you train a minimum of 3 times per week for 4 weeks with Boot It and follow our basic nutrition guidelines and do not see excellent results we will provide a 100% money back guarantee.
Q. What location can I train at?
A. Each Boot It location is owned and operated by a Boot It Boot Camp Owner (BIBCO) – To Join a BIBCO and their crew visit our Membership Page or check out our full Timetable
Q. Is Boot It an indoor or outdoor boot camp program.
A. At Boot It we believe in being adaptable in our training program. The program that we have created allows for training to be conducted indoors or outdoors or a combination of both. Our intention is for all our locations to eventually have an indoor venue to accompany the beautiful parks we have chosen as locations.
Q. What is the Boot It Cancellation Policy
A. If you decide to end your weekly payment membership early, we require you to pay one-third (1/3) of the remaining balance of your contract in full to exit the contract.
Q. Will I be yelled at?
A. No. Our trainers aim to motivate. We know that positive motivation is always more effective when developing fitness. You will definitely be challenged to produce your best effort but you will not be yelled at.
Q. Do we train on public holidays
A. On public holidays we take a break to allow our trainers time with their families. Occasionally if a public holiday falls in the middle of the week we may put on a special session. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
Q. Can I put my membership on hold if I’m away?
A. Pay weekly members can, Daily deal members can not. There is a $20 admininstration fee for placing your contract on hold. We allow pay weekly members to put their training pack on hold for the following periods
12 week membership – 2 week hold
26 week membership – 3 week hold
52 week membership – 4 week hold
(We need a minimum of 7 days notice for this option and it can only be done once per package, go to www.bootit.co.nz/hold for requesting.)
Q. When can I start using my Boot It! package?
A. To start your training please complete the New Member Registration. Once this is complete you are able to commence training with Boot It Fitness.
Q. How hard will the training be? / How fit do I need to be to start?
A. Boot It is designed in such a way that the training will be tough but you will be working at the correct intensity for you. All exercises have beginner, intermediate and advanced options to progress you in an effective way. The high intensity intervals and longer runs provide an opportunity to push yourself through your best effort. If walking is your best effort. We are okay with that.
Q. When will I start seeing results
A. You’ll start to ‘feel’ results immediately with an increase in energy with daily activities becoming easier. You will notice physical changes in your body within 2 – 4 weeks depending on your daily nutrition and the intensity and frequency of your training.
Q. Can I keep buying Daily Deals
A. Daily deal are available to new members only. This is stated in our new member registration reply. Once your daily deal is complete get in touch and we will let you know about the renewal special.
