Whats your favourite cheat food & why?
If I had to pick one, it would be chocolate. It’s my weakness. If it’s in the house, I will eat it. So I don’t keep it in the house anymore.
How did you fall in love with fitness?
I have always loved walking as a way of meditation however I fully fell in love with fitness when I joined Boot It Fitness, Sunnynook in 2014. I found my tribe and I haven’t looked back!
Why do you do what you do as a Boot Camp Instructor?
I do what I do because I know it can be done. I was a complete exercise novice when I started my fitness journey. Which is why I joined Boot It to start with. Now I know what’s involved, I love to show others that keeping fit and healthy is really quite simple.
Whats your favourite kind of exercise?
What would be some encouraging words you’d tell someone who wants to start their own fitness journey but is a little worried?
Turning up is the hardest part. Also, don’t compare yourself to the others in the group. Your journey is your own.
Why do you believe Boot It is the best bootcamp in the World?
We are inclusive. Nobody judges you for turning up and giving it a go. Especially if you’re new.
We also believe in fitness as a lifestyle choice, not a 6-week quick fix. We’re with you for the long haul.
