Whats your favourite cheat food & why? I don’t have a favourite cheat food! As long as i’m consistent with my training and sleep I pretty much eat what I want (in moderation of course). My go to comfort food in winter is lasagna with loads of cheese! Yum!
How did you fall in love with fitness? I love the adrenaline hit! If I could bottle serotonin (makes you feel happy) and sell it I’d be making millions! Fitness is one of the easy ways to release this in your body. So why wouldn’t I love fitness!
Why do you do what you do as a Boot Camp Instructor? I love supporting, motivating and helping people on their journey to become a better version of themselves I find that the most rewarding.
Whats your favourite kind of exercise? HIIT…. and Yoga.. love them for completely opposite reasons but they are my two favorites…… and netball to feed my competitive side!
What would be some encouraging words you’d tell someone who wants to start their own fitness journey but is a little worried? We are all born with 3 things: A mind, body and lifetime. How you use the first two determines the third. It doesn’t need to be a painful journey, you make it whatever you want it to be. So why not enjoy the journey learn from it and be a better, stronger more confident version of yourself.
Why do you believe Boot It is the best bootcamp in the world? Because we are all passionate about what we do making our community one that people want to be apart of.
